Our unique purchasing strategy is based on a firm belief in developing and maintaining long-term stable relationships with suppliers in a true partnership approach. The Purchasing group is split into two teams:

The Parts and Materials (Buyers) team negotiates and agrees prices with our European suppliers, working closely with them to encourage continuous improvement in their manufacturing processes and to deliver cost reductions.

Supplier Production Management is an engineering area, which supports suppliers from product development through to pre-production and into mass production stage. They make sure 'Just-in-Time' principles are followed and that our high quality standards are met.
