Sales & Marketing handles the wholesale marketing of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Europe. They develop the optimal marketing mix strategies to maximise sales, revenue and brand growth throughout the product lifecycle.
Sales & Marketing is divided into the following key areas:
The Product Planning team has product planning responsibility for all products within the current and future portfolios of Toyota and Lexus. They guide new models from concept through to production and beyond into managing the product lifecycle.
The Product Communications team translates products positioning into product communication strategies. They develop product communications material aligned with the strategic positioning of each model.
The New Business Development team is responsible for the development of a long-term strategy and projects for new business opportunities in Europe. They start up new activities and develop new vehicle groups.
The Sales Planning & Pricing team manages the demand and supply of Toyota and Lexus models across more than 25 countries in Europe. They implement market-oriented prices to maximise volume and profit.
Toyota Marketing is responsible for marketing communications and cross carline marketing, which develops the cross carline strategies for all Toyota vehicles in the European market. This includes powertrain, transmission, safety and environmental strategies as well as cross carline specifications and total cost of ownership.
The Toyota Sales team works closely together with our national distributors to increase sales profit.
