The Quality Group has over 100 members and is divided into the following areas:
The Customer Quality Engineering team is responsible for the early detection and early resolution of field quality issues in the European market.
The Quality Planning team develops and coordinates the strategy for local, European and global quality activities. Part of their responsibility is designing, implementing and enhancing quality related systems to support continuous improvement of vehicle quality.
The Project & Mizen Bushi team's main responsibility is to prevent occurrence and reoccurrence of quality concerns by reflecting on previous model concerns and evaluating and auditing at each vehicle project stage.
The Warranty team facilitates quality improvements and handles warranty cost with our suppliers. Analysing and investigating warranty data in order to find root causes in cooperation with other departments is part of their daily tasks.
The Manufacturing Quality team promotes manufacturing quality improvements in our European Plants. This team is responsible for auditing plant quality, sharing best practices and following up improvement activities.
The Materials Quality team assures the quality of all metallic and chemical raw materials used within our European manufacturing plants.
