The After Sales Group guarantees that our products and services meet our customers' high expectations. They plan and develop accessories and vehicle conversions.

After Sales is divided into the following areas:

Customer Services - Sales & Marketing has many responsibilities including:

  • Maximising sales of our accessories by introducing competitive products.

  • Planning and coordinating the development of new accessories, parts and conversions in line with vehicle launches.

  • Introducing new products and managing their lifecycle via marketing campaigns and country specific projects.

  • Designing and implementing a European-wide Toyota Service Management Programme.

Customer Services - Technical customise and complement the standard options of cars by developing specific accessories such as navigation and Bluetooth systems, parking sensors, skyboxes, tuning kits and lower suspensions.

Parts Supply Chain is responsible for 'Just-In-Time' order processing, warehousing and distribution of service parts and accessories for our European customers and dealers.
